  • Wide, luminous and cosy luxury villa with private long pool (25 metres) on modern style. All bedrooms upstairs have views to the sea. It is situated on a quiet area of private villas, a car is recommended but not essential, some clients prefer to walk to town and take a taxi back home (Euros 3,5). Only 790 metres from a couple of good restaurants and ten minutes walking from Jardín Botánico / La Paz.   The House – guarded by a hundred-year old olive- was designed  to enjoy the outside from the inside, with large windows in the entire facade transmitting a pleasant atmosphere and  great peace. The house received some awards for its stunning design, which was the dream of its owners, an architect, and his wife, an efficient manager.

    On the ground floor fully transparent, open and bright, we have the kitchen, dining and living room, all distributed on different areas with comfortable designer furniture.  The kitchen features a terrace with garden and wood flooring to enjoy outdoor meals. The Hall is divided into two main areas, our favourite is the the music corner. Energetic swimmers will enjoy the long 25 metres pool.

    On the upper floor  there is a reading area with a high library. On this floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with twin beds), a bathroom and a gallery from where you can enjoy the Sea views.  On the ground floor there is an individual bedroom with a trundle bed,  and a shower room. On the basement of the villa,  with private independent entrance, the owner has his architecture studio, but that will not affect your privacy at all as it is totally independent from the villa.

    Bedrooms: 3 (1 double bed + 1 twin beds + 1 trundle bed).

    Bathrooms: 2  (1 with shower plate + 1 shower plate).

    Lounge/dining-room: Very Ample in one level with 3 different atmospheres: one is the dinning-room, another is for relax (reading and listening to music) and the other is for watch Flat screen TV 51’’ and DVD player. Wi-Fi. Also there is a big library upstairs from the Lounge to enjoy your reading lying on a comfortable Chaise longue and sofa.

    Kitchen: Fully equipped modern kitchen with fridge, vitro, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher machine, toaster, squeezer, kettle & all the necessary cooking utensils.

    General: Towels and bedding provided. Cot and high chair (on request) free of charge.

    Outdoors: 25 m private long pool, 140 m2 of garden and 240 m2 terrace with outdoors furniture; from the terrace outside dining-room: two sofas with a table and also a table with 6 chairs and from the terrace outside lounge: 3 sofas with a table and sunbeds. Barabecue. On central Puerto you can find a wide range of restaurants (typical, fresh fish ones, vegetarians, cool, international, etc), shops and sea avenues with cafés to sit down and enjoy the peculiar atmosphere, as Puerto preserves the routes of the fishing village it was on the past. The perfect place to rest.

    Environment: Quiet area ideal to enjoy the silence and the proximity to the centre of Puerto de la Cruz.
