San Cristobal de la Laguna, recently declared as World Heritage Site  (1999) is one of the most  important Canary Island in ancient architecture variety design . La Laguna is a well known  urbanism of XVI Century not only about the beauty of their streets  but because is the first unwalled Spain Kindom city. Plazas, Churches and monasteries and cobblestone streets make this ancient capital an unforgettable place.

La Laguna was divided geometrically dividing village depending of economic status of families. Many of the houses were marked with heraldic signs. With  Santa Cruz de Tenerife is the most important cultural centre of island. Theaters, music, and nightlife are enjoyable in many organized events. Shops are also available in main streets very close to university colleges.

La Laguna Cathedral. Built in 1511 as ermit in Albino Square dedicated to Los Remedios Virgin. It become a Cathedral in 1819.

La Concepción Church. Established by Fernandez de Lugo and founded in 1511

Church and Convent of San Agustin. Founded 1506 by Agustinian friars who accompanied conquestors of the island.

Church and former Convent of Santo Domingo de Guzman. Founded in the square of the name site in 1522
